What happens if —

Four typical scenarios and exactly how tranches, guarantees, and replacement work.

Scenario A

Candidate withdraws before visa

Tranche 1 (20 %) is retained as effort compensation. We start the replacement search at no extra cost — tranches 2 and 3 are billed only on the substitute placement.

Scenario B

Visa is denied

Tranche 1 is retained, tranche 2 is waived. We review the rejection — if the issue is fixable we file a new application; otherwise we place a different candidate without a new tranche 1.

Scenario C

Recognition with deficit notice (Premium only)

Standard procedure in Baden-Württemberg. We coordinate the adaptation course or knowledge test. Tranche 2 is billed only after the visa is granted — never on the deficit notice itself.

Scenario D

Termination after arrival

Premium 6-month / Standard 3-month replacement guarantee applies. Volume per framework agreement at reduced replacement conditions. Tranche 3 is waived if the 60-day binding is not reached.

Frequently Asked Questions

What distinguishes the three service levels?

Premium places registered nurses with B2 German and recognition support at RP Stuttgart, plus a 6-month replacement guarantee. Standard places B1 care assistants without recognition, with a 3-month guarantee. Volume is a framework-agreement partnership starting at 5 placements per year with reduced conditions.

When are the payment tranches due?

20 % at contract signing (deposit), 40 % when the visa is granted, 40 % after 60 days of employment at your facility. Tranche 3 is waived if the 60-day binding is not reached.

Which costs are not included in the fee?

Embassy visa fees (~€75), certified translations (~€500–800), travel costs India → Germany (~€700–1,000), recognition fees at RP Stuttgart (~€100–500, Premium only), and any adaptation course required by a deficit notice.

What happens if the visa is denied?

Tranche 1 is retained as effort compensation, tranche 2 is waived. We review the rejection reason — for fixable issues we file again; otherwise we place a different candidate without a new tranche 1.
