Logistics recruitment from India: assess your specific need

A qualified warehouse role, supply-chain coordination and a driving job are different search assignments. We help German employers clarify whether, and under which conditions, a search in India could be appropriate.

Logistics services on request, subject to role and feasibility. No confirmed candidate inventory or promised start dates. No temporary staffing or employee leasing.

Distinguish warehousing, coordination and driving

These categories are examples for assessment, not a list of occupations we promise to supply. Start with the actual duties and required qualification level.

  • Warehousing and qualified logistics operations

Goods receipt, inventory management and dispatch may need different skills. A role requiring vocational expertise must be distinguished from basic warehouse and helper tasks.

  • Dispatch and supply-chain coordination

Planning, documentation and communication with suppliers or customers require relevant experience, system knowledge and language skills. Specify responsibilities and any ERP or WMS requirements.

  • Professional drivers

Driving licences, professional-driver qualifications and access to employment need a separate review. An Indian driving licence alone does not establish eligibility to drive professionally in Germany.

What the logistics assessment needs from you

A precise brief prevents helper-level work, qualified roles and driver recruitment from being planned as if they had the same prerequisites.

Duties and qualification level
Daily tasks, independent responsibility, required training and experience. Identify helper-level duties as such rather than simply calling the position a skilled role.
Location, shifts and working environment
Warehouse or operating site, hours, night and weekend work, transport access and physical requirements. Include relevant equipment and workplace instruction.
Systems and communication
Warehouse, transport or ERP systems, documentation duties and German or English needed for safety, teamwork and customer contact.
Pay and onboarding
Gross salary, working hours, contract conditions, responsible contacts and the planned introduction to operational procedures.
Additional details for drivers
Vehicle type, required licence category, transport activity and operating area. Record existing licences, recognised evidence and any necessary qualification steps separately.

From a logistics requirement to an assessed search brief

On request, we begin with the role and working conditions, not a promise of immediately available workers.

  1. Classify the requirement accurately

We distinguish qualified logistics work, coordination, helper tasks and professional driving using your brief.

  2. Review prerequisites and limitations

Qualifications, language and a possible employment route are assessed. Driver enquiries additionally require a separate review of licences and professional qualification requirements.

  3. Agree the search and technical selection

We agree a search only after a positive feasibility assessment. You assess experience, systems knowledge and operational fit through the agreed selection process.

  4. Prepare the contract and a safe start

The employment contract, necessary evidence, workplace instruction and operational onboarding are coordinated before the planned assignment.

Clear responsibilities before work begins

Your company
You describe the actual work, make the hiring decision and take responsibility for employment conditions, safety, shifts and necessary workplace instruction.
IndoFachkraft
We structure and assess the enquiry and agree any feasible search assignment. Driver-specific checks are not replaced by a general recruitment commitment.
Applicants and competent authorities
Applicants provide training, experience and, where relevant, driver documentation. Binding decisions on recognition, eligibility and permissions rest with the competent authorities.

Three checks that are not interchangeable

Operational suitability, access to employment and driver-specific requirements answer different questions. The general label 'logistics staff' does not resolve any of them.

Qualified employment and helper-level roles

Section 2(12b) of the Residence Act concerns the knowledge and skills required for the work. Helper-level roles are not automatically classified as qualified employment; a lawful route must be assessed individually.

Individual qualifications and work permission

Training, experience, language, any recognition requirements and employment conditions are assessed against the profile. Section 18a concerns skilled workers with vocational training, not a blanket entitlement for every logistics job.

Specific conditions for professional drivers

Section 24a of the Employment Ordinance sets specific conditions for employing professional drivers. Driving licences, required professional qualifications and the applicable employment route must be reviewed separately before deployment can be promised.

Describe your logistics vacancy, not just the sector

Include duties, qualifications, location, shifts, systems and salary range. For drivers, add vehicle type, driving licence and required professional qualifications.
