From candidate selection to agreed ongoing support, we help German employers with permanent recruitment from India and the placement of IT freelancers and project specialists.

Not every engagement needs the same steps

For permanent hiring, we plan the steps required for the specific work in Germany. IT projects may be delivered remotely from India or by Germany-based specialists; a nursing recognition or immigration process is not automatically part of that engagement. Hospitality and logistics are assessed on request, role by role.

The services below are possible components, not a blanket inclusive package. Scope, fees, payment schedules and any replacement terms are set out in the written proposal. We do not provide employee leasing or temporary staffing.

Recruitment & selection

Targeted search and structured pre-selection based on your job or IT project profile. You meet suitable candidates and make the selection decision.

Job-specific language training

Where the role requires German, we plan language preparation around the profession and the candidate's starting level. An English-speaking IT project does not automatically require a German course.

Visas & immigration

For planned employment in Germany, we support preparation for the necessary entry and residence procedures. The specific role and the individual's residence status determine what is needed.

Professional recognition where required

For regulated professions such as nursing, recognition of foreign qualifications is a separate workstream. We clarify whether a procedure is required for the specific role and which one applies.

Relocation & settling in

When a professional moves to Germany, we can support travel and the first steps locally. This service is not required for IT projects delivered remotely from India.

Onboarding & ongoing support
