For IT, we also connect employers with freelancers and project specialists working remotely from India or based in Germany. Our nursing experience remains part of our story but does not determine the process for every other sector.

Personal experience as the driving force
Vishnu Marthala arrived in Germany in 2013 as a master's student. What he witnessed shaped everything: his family waiting weeks for medical appointments, not because of poor healthcare but because of staff shortages in the healthcare system. That personal experience is the origin of IndoFachkraft.
Our history and existing nursing success stories remain important. Today, our understanding of both sides also informs our work with employers in other sectors. Language, qualifications and preparation are assessed afresh for each role.
