Recruitment from India for hotels and hospitality in Germany

A hotel needs a different profile at reception than in its kitchen or back-of-house team. We work with you to assess whether a clearly defined staffing need can be addressed through a search in India.

On request, subject to role and feasibility assessment. No confirmed candidate availability or promised start dates. No temporary staffing or employee leasing.

Different hotel responsibilities need different profiles

The following areas are examples for assessing your requirement, not confirmed occupations we can supply. Actual duties and requirements matter more than a job title alone.

  • Reception and guest services

Guest contact, phone calls, complaints and booking systems require specific communication skills and experience. Identify which conversations must be handled confidently in German or other languages.

  • Kitchen and back-of-house

Work requiring vocational kitchen skills places emphasis on qualifications, hygiene and procedures. Even without regular guest contact, staff must understand work and safety instructions.

  • Housekeeping and operational coordination

Basic cleaning duties and a qualified coordination or supervisory role are not the same hiring need. Describe tasks, responsibility and training requirements separately.

An employer brief for a realistic assessment

Describe the specific business and vacancy. Clear employment conditions help identify unresolved questions before a search begins.

Duties and qualifications
Responsibilities, required training and professional experience; explicitly distinguish a qualified role from helper-level work.
Location and shifts
Type of operation, work site, team, weekend or night work, shift patterns and transport access. A seasonal preference is not a promise of short-notice recruitment.
Language matched to the job
Which guest conversations, team discussions and safety instructions must the person understand? Guest-facing and back-of-house requirements are assessed separately; no universal language level is promised.
Pay and accommodation
Gross salary, working hours, contract terms and transparent additional benefits. If accommodation is offered, specify its location, costs, terms and availability separately.
Onboarding and daily life
A responsible contact, training in workplace procedures, language support and help settling in. Accommodation is not a substitute for planned onboarding.

Assess first, then agree a search

Hotel and hospitality services are offered on request. An enquiry is neither an inventory check nor a commitment to fill a position.

  1. Understand the business and vacancy

We discuss duties, guest contact, shifts, salary and the practical conditions at your site.

  2. Assess feasibility and outstanding conditions

Qualification level, language needs, documents and a potential employment route are reviewed. Unsuitable requests are not presented as already achievable placements.

  3. Agree the search and selection

After a positive assessment, we agree the search assignment and selection criteria. You conduct the role-specific interviews and decide whether to hire.

  4. Prepare the contract and arrival

Contract terms, required steps before employment, any accommodation and workplace onboarding are coordinated.

Responsibilities in the business and recruitment process

Your business
You are responsible for the role, employment contract, pay, shift planning, workplace instruction and onboarding, and for the accuracy of any accommodation offer.
IndoFachkraft
We assess the requirement with you before agreeing what search and support may be possible. We do not promise particular profiles or the granting of permission.
Applicants and competent authorities
Applicants provide their documents. Recognition and immigration decisions rest with the competent authorities; recruitment does not replace their assessment.

Check suitability and access to employment first

A staffing shortage alone does not establish a suitable immigration route. Duties, individual evidence and employment conditions must be considered together.

Qualified role or helper-level work?

Section 2(12b) of the Residence Act defines qualified employment by the knowledge and skills required. Not every job in a hotel is therefore automatically qualified employment.

Evidence and language

Training, experience, any recognition requirements and language suitability are assessed individually. The employer defines the requirements; applicants provide their supporting documents.

Residence and work permission

Section 18a of the Residence Act describes a potential route for skilled workers with vocational training. Whether this or another route fits must be assessed against the person and vacancy, not the sector alone.

Could a search in India fit your hospitality vacancy?

Send the duties, qualification requirements, location, shifts, salary and details of accommodation and onboarding. We start with feasibility, not a promise of availability.
