Professional recognition is essential for nursing roles. For IT and other sectors, we assess the requirements of the particular role and engagement model.
Language and preparation
The required language level depends on the work, the team and any recognition requirements. Preparation and evidence are agreed individually.
Work location and collaboration
Work in Germany requires the relevant residence and work conditions to be clarified. Remote IT projects delivered from India follow a separate planning process.

Hospitality and logistics are handled on request after a role and feasibility assessment. We agree a realistic process only once the specific requirements are understood. Recognition and immigration decisions rest with the responsible authorities.
